Follow these guidelines when placing orders with smryxdhorer to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
Advance Notice
Standard arrangements require at least 24 hours notice. For custom designs and large events, please contact Smryxdhorer at least 2 weeks in advance. Wedding florals should be discussed 2-3 months before your date.
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Vancouver and surrounding areas. Standard delivery is available within 15 kilometers of our studio. Extended delivery areas may incur additional fees. Contact us to confirm service availability.
Payment Methods
Smryxdhorer accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. Full payment is required at time of order for standard arrangements. Custom event quotes may require a deposit to secure your date.
Order Confirmation
You will receive email confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed before processing begins.

Initial Consultation
Schedule a consultation at least 8-12 weeks before your event. Bring photos, color swatches, and venue details. We discuss your vision, budget, and create a preliminary design plan.
Contract & Deposit
Event contracts outline all details including quantities, designs, and delivery logistics. A 50% deposit secures your date with smryxdhorer. Final payment is due 2 weeks before the event.
Venue Coordination
Provide venue contact information and access times. Smryxdhorer coordinates directly with venues to ensure smooth setup and any special requirements are met.
Guest Count
Final guest counts affect centerpiece quantities and arrangement sizing. Confirm numbers 4 weeks before your event to ensure adequate preparation time.
